About us
About the Bosham.org website.
A warm welcome and thanks for looking.
As you can see we are in the process of making some major
upgrades to the Bosham Website. It's a big job so please bear with
us and give us your feedback
as to what you'd like to see in your community site.

Background:
This website began as a hobby in 1989, almost when the world
wide web first began. In those days not many people had the internet
so visits were few and far between; less than a handful each week. These
days we receive as many as 40,000 unique monthly visitors.
Free to the Community / sponsored by business:
Bosham.org has and always will be free to statutory bodies, clubs,
societies,
non-profit charities and churches. Just let us know what you need and we'll get it done asap. In order to help with costs we have introduced a
small charge to those who gain a commercial benefit. Many do; some very
substantially indeed, especially accommodation
and local businesses.
How to benefit:
Businesses are invited to list with us for a small
fee according to the presence they wish to have. This can vary from a
simple link with contact details to a full page, or a sub-website
(directory) as a very cheap alternative for those who don't need a full
one.
Commercial services: We also offer total website design, hosting
and optimisation packages through Chichester
Websites, a commercial service.
Who is behind the site?
Tony Black is assisted by many local
residents who contribute news, articles and images etc. We are also advised
by and outsource some sections to various technical experts. This will now
increase as we are enabled to do so financially.
Lisa Roberts as the Parish Clerk has full access and control of the Bosham
Parish Council section of the site and a few local community leaders
have access to their own group sections. More are welcomed.
If you have any queries or would like to be involved please feel free to
